Rustic Grains Re-Opens… Again!
For more than two weeks now Rustic Grains has been opening it’s doors daily to serve Roseville merchants and residents who have a taste for freshly baked pastries, breads and homemade sandwiches. This isn’t the first time Eli Frank, owner of Rustic Grains, has re-launched his “baby” but he’s confident that this re-launch will be the last and that the staff he has now and his savory products will serve as a foundation of goodness in the local area.
As an Old School baker, Eli always wanted to share his talent for baking and cooking outside of his close-knit circle of family and friends. Having prepared some of the finest food all around the world, Eli is now living his dream, having Rustic Grains Bakery in Downtown Roseville, California.
Eli grew up in Israel and spent countless days in the kitchen with his Mom and Aunt learning the art of cooking. When he was older he moved to New Zealand, where he groomed his passion for creating and discovering new and interesting foods. Today he is one of only a few bakers in town that sells freshly made breads and pastries that are created entirely from scratch.
